I don´t wanna miss a thing by Aerosmith

"I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" is a power ballad performed by American hard rock band Aerosmith for the 1998 film Armageddon which Steven Tyler's daughter Liv Tyler starred in. Written by Diane Warren, the song debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 (the first #1 for the band after 28 years together). It is one of three songs performed by the band for the film, the other two being "What Kind of Love Are You On" and "Sweet Emotion". The song stayed at number one for four weeks from September 5 to 26, 1998. The song also stayed at number 1 for several weeks in several other countries. It sold over a million copies in the UK and reached number four on the UK Singles Chart.

Hello, kids! As you problably already know, on next 30th January we will be celebrating the international day of peace at school. For this event, I have chosen  a song by The Black Eyed Peas called "Where is the love?". I think it´s an interesting song to open a debate in class. As always, feel free to post your comments!

Hi, students! As you already know, next week we are going to the theatre to watch the play "Ghost´s in Love". There you will listen to the theme song of the legendary film, "Ghostbusters". So, I thought it would be a good idea to listen to the song and work with it before we see the play. Bye!

First released in 1963 on The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan, this is one of Dylan’s best-known songs. In 2004 Rolling Stone magazine placed the song at Number 14 in its list of The Greatest Songs of all time. It is was a very popular anti-war song in the 1960’s, particularly during the Vietnam War, and Bob Dylan performed it for Pope John Paul II in 1997. Bob Dylan was recently awarded the Nobel Prize for literature.

Now the lyrics in English and Spanish....
